I introduce the ingredients of the sauce.
- soy sauce
- olive oil
- honey ( 1,2,3 = 1 large tsp)
- wholegrain mustard (1 or 2 small tsp)
After fish is baked in a pan, put it out and take extra oils, put this sauce in a pan and heat a little. (Please be careful to not burn the sauce.) I think the sauce is OK for various dishes. It is say sauce based, however, is like western style sauce because of wholegrain mustard. Please try this sauce.
