If you live or visit in Tokyo, I recommend that you go to downstairs floor of food shops in big department stores(Depachika), for example "Isetan" or "Takashimaya" in Shinjuku and Daimaru at tokyo station. Price might be a little expensive but you can buy delicious foods.
Please enjoy your life in Japan !!Rickyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03656857325934257139noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2396935987394288172.post-72736234724062087122008-12-01T22:23:00.000+09:002008-12-01T22:23:00.000+09:00Hello! はじめまして!I found your spendid blog while brow...Hello! はじめまして!I found your spendid blog while browsing the internet for my favorite food right now in Japan: Kinpari Gôbo. Can't say I've ever thought about eating the roots of those plants that used to stick onto your clothes when you were roaming in forests as a child :)

The fact that the plants name in my native language sounds very unappetizing doesn't help either.

I love stir-fried vegetables and now that you've peaked my interest, I definitely have to try that recipe out someday. Now I only have to find a store that sells burdock root :)Peekaboohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15603526616521059868noreply@blogger.com
